Fresh flowers delivered birthday, how does it work?

All our (birthday) flowers are delivered through the letterbox. We sometimes get the question how our flowers stay so fresh during transport. This is how it works. We pack your birthday flowers in a special packaging with patented foil that lets in enough oxygen to keep the flowers alive, but not to let them grow any further. The flowers go to sleep and can live without water and refrigeration during transport. They go directly from the grower to the recipient. No waiting time at the florist or auction, but day fresh in the mail. When the recipient receives your birthday bouquet and puts it in the vase, the flowers wake up and are fresh for more than a week.
