- Will the flowers arrive fresh?
You buy our flowers with a fresh guarantee. The flowers go fresh from the grower in the unique bag and can last 5 days without water after which they remain fresh in a vase of water for over a week. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong (it still remains a natural product), we will replace it.
- What´s the secret? How do flowers remain fresh for so long?
We pack the flowers in a special patented bag. The bag contains microscopic holes. The moisture remains in the packaging and only a little oxygen can reach the flowers. Just enough to keep the flowers alive and not enough to keep them from growing. As if the flowers are sleeping. This allows the flowers to be in their packaging for three to five days without water, after which they remain fresh in the vase for another week.
- When will the flowers be delivered?
Order Bloompost by 6PM on a weekday and 2PM on weekends, for next day delivery. We offer delivery all days a week and delivery Monday-Saturday is with Yodel and delivery Sunday and Monday is with DPD. On National bank holidays we are not able to offer any delivery, but will make sure your order is delivered as fast as possible after.
For delivery to Scotland and Isle of Man the delivery time may take 1 or 2 days longer. Please keep this in mind.
Unfortunately we do not ship to the Channel Islands.
- The recipient isn´t home, is that a problem?
Did you order a letterbox? Then the recipient does not have to be home; the convenient packaging ensures that the flowers fit through the mailbox.
- What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for orders within the United Kingdom are:
Letterboxflowers: £4,20 delivery costs (£5,50 for Sunday delivery)
At the moment we have a delay in delivery to Northern Ireland, so do expect up to 2-3 days for delivery to Northern Ireland.
- Can I get my flowers delivered on bank holidays?
Currently we are not able to deliver Bloompost on Bank Holidays. We will make sure to deliver as soon as possible after the regional bank holiday.
- Can I place multiple orders?
Sure! Do you want to surprise several people? Then choose ‘surprise someone else’ and pay all at once. Please mind that you can order up to 10 products at once.
- What payment possibilities do I have?
You have the possibility to pay with Maestro, Mastercard, Visa card. Applepay and Paypal.
Your order will be executed and shipped immediately after payment is received by us, or on the later date if you have indicated this in the order.
- Where can I enter my discount code and gift card/voucher code?
You can enter your voucher/gift code in the shopping cart of the webshop. After composing your gift, you enter the shipping details and you enter the shopping cart of bloompost.co.uk. You will be asked directly if you have a voucher/gift code. Enter it and click on ‘Add’. The value of the (valid) code is then directly deducted from the total amount.
Please mind that you can use the code once, and for one product.
- Do I have the possibility to send flowers abroad?
Via this website, you can currently only send gifts within the UK.

- Can I also send flowers anonymously?
Yes, you can! The recipient will only see the personal message on the greeting card that you entered in ‘Step 3 – Personal text’. Unless you have not entered a personal message or added a greeting card with the order.
Your personal details are never given to third parties, not even to the recipient of a BloomPost.
